One could argue that there isn’t just one D.J. that stands over any others, in terms of talent and notoriety. With Identity Fest we’re getting industry stalwarts The Crystal Method, international icon Steve Aoki, and D.J. Shadow who has spent most of the summer headlining music festivals. One D.J. that everyone is looking forward to seeing is Kaskade.

Kaskade is global sensation having played clubs from Osaka to New York, and everywhere in between. He calls California home, but was raised in a Chicago suburb before attending college at Brigham Young University where he honed his D.J. skills. He has collaborated with a number of vocalist and D.J.’s. He reached the top of the charts with Deadmu5 on ‘Move For Me’ and ‘I Remember.’  He’s worked with Tiesto and had talented vocalists Dragonette and Haley featured on his tracks. He may not be a name you recognize, right off the bat, but his music all too familiar as the soundtrack to your Friday and Saturday night out.

One of the D.J.’s being showcased at Identity Fest is Nervo. You may remember the Aussie twin sisters spinning in downtown Orlando a few weeks ago. They are incredibly talented, not only in music, but in fashion as well. They model and have their own line of clothing. They have been contributed to dance music’s greatest hits over the last 3 years, and most will not even have known it. They won a Grammy for David Guetta’s ‘When Love Takes Over’ featuring Kelly Rowland. They wrote the lyrics for that track. They also wrote the lyrics for Ke$ha, The Pussycat Dolls, fellow Australian Kylie Minogue, and chart toppers for Armin Van Burren.
